The Austrian conference on the digitization of the real estate industry is the platform for exchange and cooperation. At this conference, which was attended both as a face-to-face conference and as a live stream, the construction and real estate industry exchanged views across the board because silos are being broken up in times of digitization. This includes the manufacturer-independent and barrier-free, digital elevator emergency call as well as the liberalization in elevator management. In a lecture, VIEW announced new tools in addition to the two-sensory emergency call, such as a universal digital platform for elevator management of all elevators in existing buildings, or the elevator book 4.0, which for the first time guarantees manufacturer-independent transparency and data sovereignty for the operator.
